Inline Filling Systems 6 Head Rinser

Item is a used, Inline Filling Systems, fully automatic air rinser. It is currently set up with six rinsing nozzles, but the manifolds are set up for eight heads. Containers are first given a burst of ionized air to loosen any particles for the sidewalls of the container. A vacuum sequence follows to remove any of the particulate matter from the container. Machine is all stainless steel. It is equipped with pneumatic container indexing. An 8' S/S x 3 1/4" wide conveyor is included . Conveyor drive is variable utilizing a VFD with 460 volt input.
